My Grandfather started a car repair business in the great depression.Back then you had to make everything in order for it to work properly.If the concrete floor of his shop needed repair he mixed up concrete and fixed it.He taught all of these lessons to my father, which is one of the finest wood workers you will ever see.My father built that business into a thriving car dealership.He was one of the first BMW dealers in North America.My whole life I have been blessed to have been around such business acumen.
After college I went into the sales world of high tech.I used these lessons to become a very successful sales person.My greatest asset was to focus on under promising and over delivering.That was my father’s motto."Everything is customer service".When the dotcom world went bust I looked to new horizons.My degree in Economics helped me to see that the next big wave would be an explosive housing market.After starting up 4 successful tech companies, 2 of which went public, I decide it was time to set up my own venture.
